For me there just is nothing that comes close to fly fishing for Northern Pike. It is absolutley crazy! When a huge pike hits that fly fished in the surface over knee deep water, it almost gives you a heartattack. For me this is nothing new. I have been doing it all my fly fishing life. Even my fist fish caught with fly gear was a small pike. The album might appear "empty", but that is due to the fact that I always prioritate fishing before photo when it comes to pike. All my pictures, well almost all, are taken at the same location in the same lake during spawning time. Each season we usually hook and land at least one fish over or around the magic 10 kg mark....
